the breakfast had fresh, authentic cuisine and met my expectations.
The staff wasn't friendly when i asked for things. They seemed unapproachable. room cleaning only happened if i asked for it daily, and even then, it wasn't thorough. the bed wasn't comfortable. The pillow and blanket were small and of poor quality.

lovely balcony egg chair plentiful breakfast
i had a upgrade to a premium room. it included a lovely balcony with a egg chair and table and chairs. the view of the snow was lovely. breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
the bed was not comfortable. the pillow and blanket were small with very bad quality.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
breakfast variety fresh pastries walk-in shower central location
The breakfast options had great variety and tasted really good! I especially liked the fresh pastries and local cheeses. My room had a big walk-in shower that was super convenient. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Everything felt close.
Parking got busy sometimes, and I had to wait a few minutes for a spot one evening.

spacious room comfortable room good breakfast leaking shower bad tile levelling missed cleaning
the room was spacious and comfortably. breakfast was good there. the location is close to the main street. i found it easy to walk to nearby attractions.
my shower leaked water despite closing doors. the tile levelling was not good. the room was never cleaned in four days. i had to flag the matter with reception.
